Living and working on the unceded, traditional and ancestral territories of the Coast Salish people, including xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.

Sher believes in feeling life to the fullest! That learning to listen and support ourselves no matter the circumstances is the key to navigating life. That going into our shadows and adding love can be transformative and that everyone is capable of releasing their pain and thriving.

Sher is an intuitive bodyworker, energy healer, creator, and teacher - with a long time love of retreats, meditation and prayer.

She loves to work with folks of all ages both one on one and in groups. Her favourite healing modalities are gratitude, self-love, and mindfulness practices, bodywork, crystal & energy healing, breathwork, dance, play, meditation, and of course - prayer!

Sher holds Bachelor’s degrees in both Bioethics and Education. She studied Massage Therapy for two years and has also learnt crystal & energy healing. She is always learning and growing through the support and guidance of trusted mentors and her own inner wisdom.
