Recovery and Sobriety - whether you are a part of the Alcoholics Anonymous circle, are sober for health reasons, are coming into “sober-curiosity” or are starting to think about what a change may look like to you - Alison will walk this journey with you.
As a proud and active part of the 2SLGBTQIAA+ community, Alison feels passionately about working with those who identify as a part of this community as well.
Group work to deepen the personal relationship to the self, while also connecting and being witnessed by others.
Anxiety and Depression, and meeting you at whatever point you are at in the experience.
Getting to know yourself deeper and lighting the fire to become your own ally and your own friend.
Mental health and working through a new or existing diagnosis in a new way. Working together to understand a diagnosis and see how it can fit within you.

Whether you're navigating the challenges of anxiety and depression, exploring your identity within the 2SLGBTQIAA+ community, working on your own recovery and sobriety, or seeking to deepen your personal relationship with yourself, Alison is here to support you every step of the way.
